Modri Noir 2014 (Pinot)
Unmistakably Pinot Noir in bouquet, structure, and texture, it delivers a soothing nose of red fruit, kirsch, blueberry, cinnamon, rose, violet, and pomegranate, wrapped in a layer of leaf pile and leather that expresses the elegant nurturing of time. The medium- bodied, soft palate is supported by incisive tannins and just the right amount of acidity to scythe through its core. Pair it with the peaceful night sky, mushroom pasta, beef bourguignon, duck confit, or beef wellington, and your evening might just feel extra festive and special.
